  This half-day Regional Round Table will provide a current overview of the environmental markets landscape, with a focus on how recent state and federal policy developments are shaping the industry. Sessions will examine how individual states are responding legislatively to the energy affordability crisis, the status of key environmental programs, and the downstream effects on asset values and compliance markets. Attendees will hear directly from experts working through these challenges in real time and discuss what current and pending developments mean for market participants navigating an evolving policy environment.

Panelists will discuss the implications of recent and pending state legislative action for REC markets and explore what these developments mean for market participants navigating an evolving policy landscape.
